On a trip to St. Petersburg, Russia, Alison Ross had an opportunity to visit the St. Lucas Gallery in Tallinn, Estonia. The St. Lucas Gallery is the new home to the painting by Johann Koler which sold in February 2008 by Kilshaw’s for $80,000. Alison was pleased to meet the owners of the St. Lucas Gallery, Anne and Nikolai, who were generous with their time and a highlight of her trip. There are hopes the painting may one day reside in the Estonian National Museum.
