Terms and Conditions of Sale:
The highest approved bidder shall be the buyer, but should any dispute arise between two or more bidders, the lot in dispute shall be put up and immediately resold. All goods are at risk of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer and must be paid for, and a receipt obtained, before being removed from the premises. Items must be paid for and removed by 5 pm the day after the sale.

The bidding to be regulated at the discretion of the Auctioneer, who reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. The purchasers to give their names and places of abode, and to pay a deposit, if requested, in part payment of the purchase money: one deposit binding on all lots bought by the same buyer.

The Auctioneer, although using every care, does not guarantee the accuracy of his or her descriptions, and all lots having been on view, purchasers must buy on their own judgment. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to identify and obtain any necessary export, import, firearm, endangered species or other permits.
